By placing an order in the ETB Stars Premium app you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay.

Who we are

ETB Stars Premium sells Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium as gifts, delivered to the Telegram username you give us. We also sell Telegram gifts (for example a Teddy Bear or a Cake). A Telegram gift is not Stars: the receiver can keep it or convert it to Stars, and the conversion may give fewer Stars than the gift's value. The receiver must allow gifts in their Telegram privacy settings; if the gift cannot be delivered, contact support. We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram. "Telegram" is a trademark of its owner.

How ordering works

• Choose a package and enter the Telegram username that should receive it.
• Pay the exact amount shown to the Telebirr number in the app.
• Enter your Telebirr transaction number, upload your payment screenshot and place the order.
• We check your payment, then send the gift.

An order is accepted only after we have verified your payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Ethiopian birr (ETB) and apply at the time you place the order. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order that was already paid. Payment is by Telebirr only. If you send the wrong amount, contact support with your order number and we will sort it out.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes from 5 minutes to a few hours after we verify your payment. These times are estimates, not guarantees. If your gift has not arrived after a few hours, message support with your order number.

Your responsibilities

• Enter the correct Telegram username. A gift sent to the username you gave us cannot be taken back, even if it was typed wrongly.
• The account receiving the gift must be able to receive it under Telegram's own rules.
• Only submit real payments and receipts that belong to your own order. Never reuse a transaction number.

Refunds

After a gift has been delivered, the order is final. If we cannot deliver your order, we will refund the amount you paid. To request a refund for an undelivered order, contact support with your order number.

Fraud

We reject orders with fake or reused receipts and may block the people behind them from using the service.

Our responsibility

We deliver the service with reasonable care, but we do not control Telegram or Telebirr. We are not responsible for outages, delays or changes on their side. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
